Job Title: Avanade Recruiting Lead, Associate Manager, Australia and New Zealand
This is for a 12-month contract only
Job Summary: A Recruiting Lead plays a crucial role in empowering the MUs Recruiters in identifying and attracting top-tier talent by leveraging their expertise in supporting Recruitment Strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in market intelligence and talent acquisition. Share knowledge with the team and incorporate innovative approaches into the recruitment process.
Recruitment Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand current and future hiring needs, talent trends, diversity trends, and sourcing strategies. Translate these requirements into effective recruitment campaigns.
Platform Updates and Training: Stay informed about new features, updates, and best practices. Train internal stakeholders on using platforms effectively for talent acquisition.
Job Posting Optimization: Utilize your expertise in job posting optimization to create compelling, targeted jobs that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Manage spend to ensure positive sponsored job performance.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to fill approved open positions and/or strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with business, sourcing organization, hiring managers, HR and recruitment leadership to support hiring needs of the organization.
Design and support recruiting strategies to deliver long term HR and business goals.
Job Qualifications:
6+ years of increasingly diverse or complex recruiting experience
Highly knowledgeable of general recruiting principles, practices; demonstrated experience in developing strategic recruiting plans
Display capability for creative, non-routine sourcing and candidate experience strategies
Great presentation, communication, active listening and story-telling skills
Highly collaborative and great at building and managing relationships with colleagues and customers
Experience improving end-to-end recruiting processes and programs
Experience in an environment recruiting applicants with "hot"; (tech) skills highly valued
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions
Developed skills in negotiation, persuasions research
Experience acting as direct partner to senior leadership
Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment, particularly consulting
Degree in HR, Business or Psychology recommended; work experience may substitute
