Description
Harry and David is looking for a B2B Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will work with the Business to Business Sales team to ensure client needs are met, and products and/or services are delivered in a timely and professional manner. The Sales Administrator will work closely with the Corporate Sales leadership and the sales team to provide brand consistent client communication, presentations, assist with small design Marketing projects, manage and update the Corporate Sales Marketing and Event calendar, and manage the client presentation library. The Sales Administrator provides backup to the CRM Administrator for the maintenance of the organization's CRM (Salesforce) system. This position provides marketing and reporting solutions in Salesforce.com that support business processes. The Sales Administrator works closely with the leadership team in creating and updating procedures, developing strategies, and account assignment and management. This position serves as the point person to manage multi brand sales referred from other 1800Flowers B2B sales teams.

- Complete projects related to Salesforce and the Sales team to ensure data integrity and organization.
- Update and manage the Corporate Sales Marketing calendar to insure all Marketing projects and Marketing communication is launched on targeted dates.
- Organize, update and maintain sales information for each client.
- Organize, update and maintain KPI report with accurate and timely information for the Sales Reps.
- Organize, facilitate, and communicate quarterly Sales Rep commission reports.
- Customize, implement and manage fields, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce.
- Work with CRM administrator to understand data and programming needs.
- Serve as liaison with Creative Services, Product Design and Marketing to ensure branding guidelines are adhered to for all client communication.
- Prepare final presentations and communication for delivery to clients, adhering to brand identity and consistency.
- Create customized order submission solutions for clients with special programs.
- Prepare invoices, price quotes, reports, memos, letters, presentations and other documents, using Microsoft Office and database software.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Develop, maintain and update library of client sales presentation templates.
- Communicate specific requirements and unify branding efforts specific to Corporate Sales.
- Manages proofing process of client correspondence and other documents.
- Monitor department staff for adherence to discount policies, data maintenance requirements, and other procedures.
- Monitor company consumer marketing for events impacting Corporate Sales.
- Create messaging to team regarding best practices, goals, procedures, and news.
- Configure user permissions for SharePoint and Salesforce.
- Develop scenarios for configuration of the team's book of business.
- Manage inbound lead assignments and research account ownership issues.
- Manage the process and tracking of sales referred between Corporate Sales teams for the various brands of the 1800Flowers family, within Salesforce and through individual communications as needed.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma required, a four-year college degree desired.
- 1-2+ years applied sales support administration utilizing Salesforce and Data loader (or similar tools).
- 1-2+ years applied experience in operation of personal computers with the following software experience: Adobe and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
- Must handle many projects simultaneously and remain flexible.
- A proven track record working under stringent deadlines and delivering desired results.
- A demonstrated ability to proof read and deliver accurate and grammatically correct documents.
- 1-2+ years applied experience in training, coaching, and troubleshooting for software users.
