About This RoleAre you ready to make a difference? Parallel is seeking a B2B Support Associate to work with our Provider Operations team in managing our clinical network over the next year and beyond. Day-to-day, you’ll be a primary point of contact for provider onboarding, questions, and concerns, as well as to help our clinical team troubleshoot issues. You will work with our talent acquisition and implementation leaders to ensure seamless roll out of our clinical operations to our valued school partners.Â

- Be the primary point of contact for provider questions, concerns, and troubleshooting
- Conduct orientation and onboarding with new providers
- Be comfortable answering ambiguous questions related to provider operations, including topics such as compensation and billingÂ
- Work with the implementation team to identify and match the best providers for our different school accountsÂ
- Work cross-functionally with our different teams to help ensure our providers are set up for success with our clientsÂ
- Work with clinical operations to help build out the the cross-licensing process for our existing providers who may be open to working in new roles or states where they do not currently have licensure

What You’ll NeedÂIdeal candidates will be innovative, forward-looking recruiters with prior experience in a high-growth startup! All in all, a great fit for this role will have:
- Prior experience in a high growth start-up or other fast-paced dynamic work environmentÂ
- Prior experience working with tools such as Airtable, Microsoft Office Suite, and other data management platforms
- Prior experience working directly with healthcare providers in areas such as onboarding and training
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Management experienceÂ
- The ability to multitask, quickly get up to speed on new areas, and a willingness to operate outside of your comfort zoneÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stellar organization and time management skills
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- A passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in business, strategy, economics, operations, etc. or equivalent work experience
