This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B, Talent Acquisition Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the growth of a fast-moving business by identifying and attracting exceptional talent across key revenue-generating functions.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will own full-cycle recruiting strategies for B2B teams, partnering closely with leaders to build high-performing organizations.
You will combine market expertise, sourcing creativity, and strategic partnership to hire impactful candidates across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing.
The role requires a strong understanding of B2B talent markets, executive recruiting, and scalable hiring processes.
You will play a critical role in strengthening employer brand, improving recruiting operations, and creating outstanding candidate experiences.

Accountabilities:

The B2B, Talent Acquisition Manager will lead strategic recruiting initiatives while managing the full candidate lifecycle for critical business functions. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with process improvement, stakeholder partnership, and talent strategy.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting processes for B2B roles, including Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing positions from intake through offer completion.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements, create hiring strategies, build scorecards, and align on candidate profiles.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for mid-level through executive GTM positions, using proactive sourcing and creative outreach strategies.
  • Act as a strategic recruiting advisor by providing market insights, compensation guidance, and recommendations on talent availability.
  • Build strong candidate engagement strategies and deliver a thoughtful, transparent, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Create and optimize sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, talent intelligence tools, and AI-powered recruiting solutions.
  • Support the development of structured interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and assessments that improve hiring quality.
  • Track recruiting metrics, pipeline performance, conversion rates, and hiring velocity to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthen awareness within B2B and GTM talent communities.
  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to improve processes, systems, and scalable talent acquisition practices.
  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is an experienced talent acquisition professional with deep expertise in B2B recruiting, revenue organization structures, and high-growth environments. They should be comfortable operating independently while influencing hiring decisions across multiple stakeholders.

    • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience hiring for B2B GTM functions such as Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing.
    • Proven track record recruiting for high-growth, product-led, marketplace, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales structures, including enterprise and mid-market sales motions.
    • Experience sourcing and closing senior-level and leadership talent.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring managers, challenge assumptions, and guide strategic recruiting decisions.
    • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools, with familiarity using Greenhouse or similar systems preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate company mission and opportunities into compelling candidate narratives.
    • Experience designing recruiting processes, infrastructure, dashboards, or operational frameworks.
    • Ability to leverage generative AI and automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
    • Experience recruiting within food tech, health tech, B2B SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace environments is a plus.
    • Familiarity with North American and LATAM talent markets and conversational Spanish skills are preferred.
