  • Monitor plan limits, eligibility, and other restrictions on plan participation to ensure compliance with both plan provisions and government requirements
  • Implement process improvements, new benefit plans, and data analysis reporting in Workday
  • Support benefits due diligence and integration efforts during M&A
  • Contribute to other Total Rewards, People Ops and/or People initiatives as-needed

About you:
  • 3+ years of Benefits Administration experience

  • Is an Excel wizard
  • An ability to communicate complicated details in a straightforward, concise manner
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical eye for attention to detail

CO Residents: In Colorado, the base pay for this position ranges from $86000 to $114000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in Robinhood's equity plan.
We're looking for more growth-minded and collaborative people to be a part of our journey in democratizing finance for all. If you're ready to give 100% in helping us achieve our mission-we'd love to have you apply even if you feel unsure about whether you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Robinhood, we're looking for people invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.
