Team: Analyst

This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage data and analytics to drive actionable insights for large-scale clients, including public sector organizations. You will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards, while implementing SQL-based data models and ETL processes to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-performing analytics. The position combines hands-on technical work with collaboration across teams, helping translate complex datasets into visual insights that influence strategic decisions. You will be part of a dynamic environment focused on innovation, continuous learning, and delivering measurable impact for clients. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel to client sites in Washington, DC.
Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to communicate data-driven insights clearly and effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and technical data requirements.Build and implement SQL-based data models and ETL processes to prepare and transform data for analysis in Tableau.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across dashboards and reports.Troubleshoot and optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.Keep up-to-date with Tableau best practices, updates, and new features to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.Support internal and client-facing projects, providing guidance on analytics design and visualization strategies.Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Tableau development, dashboard design, and advanced data visualization.5+ years of SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and complex calculations on large datasets.Expertise in advanced Tableau features such as LOD expressions, table calculations, data blending, and performance tuning.Experience with data warehouses (preferably Redshift) and ETL tools (dbt preferred).Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.Experience integrating Tableau with APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party data sources.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and collaborative project workflows.U.S. work authorization required and ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance (must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in the US for the past three years).Preferred: Knowledge of Python or R for analytics, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), machine learning concepts, and federal government analytics projects.Benefits:
