Bilingual Homecare Marketer (English & Nepali)

We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual individual to join our marketing team as a Homecare Marketer. Qualifications: • Fluency in both English and Nepali (spoken and written) is a must. • In-depth knowledge of current homecare regulations and practices. • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare is preferred (non-skilled marketers are welcome to apply too). • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of family caregivers. • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and basic office tools. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities: • Maintain Patient Quotas:Ensure homecare patient targets are consistently met. • Open New Accounts:Actively identify and onboard new clients and referral sources, such as hospitals, adult daycares, and community organizations. • Nurture Existing Relationships:Maintain and strengthen relationships with current accounts to ensure continued business growth and client satisfaction. • Collect Documentation:Assist with gathering necessary paperwork from patients and families to facilitate smooth onboarding processes. • Family and Patient Communication:Serve as a liaison, providing updates to families and patients about their care plans and account statuses. • CRM Management:Keep client and account information up to date in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and streamlined workflows. • Community Engagement:Participate in community events, seminars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
