  • Assist with care coordination tasks including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, referrals, and communication between patients and clinical teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), ensuring all patient interactions and clinical notes are properly documented.
  • Support providers with medication instructions, lab result communication, and ongoing patient care management under clinical supervision.
  • Ensure all documentation and workflows comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA standards and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate administrative and operational tasks such as billing support, reporting, and workflow organization to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to a seamless patient experience by delivering compassionate, timely, and professional communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office setting.
    • Valid Medical Assistant certification/license required; Registered Nurses (RN) or MDs are highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care protocols.
    • Proven experience with patient triage, urgency assessment, and clinical decision support.
    • Hands-on experience using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
    • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) and full professional fluency in Spanish.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and U.S. healthcare workflows is highly desirable.
    • Benefits

      • Fully remote position with stable long-term employment opportunity.
      • Monthly compensation of $1,280 USD.
      • Opportunity to work closely with U.S.-based healthcare providers and clinical teams.
      • Exposure to modern virtual healthcare and telehealth operations.
      • Collaborative and supportive remote work environment.
      • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing healthcare organization.
      • Meaningful work contributing directly to improved patient care and outcomes.
