What You'll Bring:

• The ideal Billing Customer Service Representative will hit the ground running; be detail-oriented, have excellent data entry skills, multitask, handle a high volume of calls and emails, proficient in MS Office, have a sense of urgency, and have good communication skills.

Impact You'll Make:

• Provide exceptional customer support
• Work on daily billing tasks (i.e., Billing emails, calls, contract entry, and contract review)
• Resolve billing issues and inquiries
• Document account activities
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties as requested

Pay Scale Information :
The salary range for this position is $44,100.00 - $70,400.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
