Business Analyst

As a skilled Business Analyst, you’ll write user stories, plan epics, document requirements, and work as a part of an agile software development team to deliver new functionality to users of public facing web sites that directly impact the mission of key federal agencies via cutting technologies, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do: 

• Support web applications in the federal government space.
• Build out and tracking epics for the delivery of new functionality in a web application.
• Report on the progress of epics to leadership, communicating impacts of progress.
• Optimize agile team performance through the creation of clear, concise, and testable user stories.

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Design.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system.
• At least 1 year of UX/UI Design experience with the ability to perform, but not limited to impact mapping, design-thinking, and facilitate/coordinate business architecture working groups.
• More than 8 years of program/project experience, 2 of which can be part of an education program
• The ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
