Business Analyst Intern Revenue Operations (AI Innovation) (Summer 2026)

• Aggregate data from multiple program sources (e.g. Sales Enablement GTM systems) to provide a "big picture" view of organizational performance.
• Monitor shifts in business data to proactively identify areas of excellence or needed intervention within our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.
• Draft high-level summaries and "Executive Highlights" based on program completion rates system adoption data and historical benchmarks.
• Transform complex datasets into intuitive dashboards or slide decks that clearly communicate business impact to stakeholders using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate insights into GTM performance and business operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection analysis and process optimization across the Revenue Operations tech stack.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics Finance Data Analytics Business Administration or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new tools and methodologies.
• Available for a full-time 12-week internship working from our Austin office 3-5 days a week during the summer (May-Aug).
