This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business and Finance Analyst based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:
The Business and Finance Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis activities while acting as a trusted partner to leadership and business teams. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Analyze business performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to collect financial inputs and align reporting requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report key business metrics and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Prepare executive-level materials, including financial reports and KPI summaries for leadership reviews.
- Support quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting activities.
- Conduct ad hoc financial and business analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting workflows, and analytical tools.
- Help enhance visibility into company performance through accurate and insightful reporting.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support data-driven decision-making.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong experience building financial models and conducting business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with confidence in financial modeling.
- Experience creating polished executive presentations and financial reports.
- Previous exposure to board-level reporting or investor presentations is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Resourceful approach with the ability to find solutions and adapt as business needs evolve.
- Experience working in a startup, SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with retail, security, or loss prevention industries.
- Experience using BI and reporting tools.
- Previous experience supporting executive leadership or investor communications.
