The Role

Join Capco's Global Internal Applications team and help support the technology used by more than 9000 colleagues across the globe. Working within a collaborative global team you'll provide functional and technical support across our HR and Financial systems while contributing to new implementations and continuous improvements. What You'll Do

• Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR recruitment and financial applications ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
• Investigate troubleshoot and resolve production support issues while monitoring system performance and business processes.
• Work closely with global business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional enhancements and system improvements.
• Support the implementation configuration and ongoing administration of new internal applications as our technology landscape evolves.
• Contribute ideas best practices and process improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications preferably HR recruitment or financial systems.
• Working knowledge of APIs Microsoft Office and application support methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting.
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently while building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across global teams.

Bonus Points For

• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience working with global enterprise application environments.
• Experience supporting HRIS or ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with system implementations upgrades or process improvement initiatives.
