In this role, you will lead strategic services sales within a fast-paced enterprise technology environment, focusing on driving professional services revenue and expanding customer value across complex organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into tailored implementation and transformation services that ensure successful adoption of advanced planning solutions. Working closely with sales, customer success, and delivery teams, you will shape proposals, define scopes, and close high-impact services engagements. This position requires strong commercial acumen, consultative selling expertise, and the ability to operate across multiple stakeholders in large enterprise accounts. You will play a key role in accelerating deal velocity, improving win rates, and strengthening long-term customer outcomes. Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for leading the full professional services sales cycle across assigned regions, from opportunity identification through contract closure, ensuring strong alignment with enterprise sales objectives and customer outcomes. You will collaborate closely with account executives and internal stakeholders to position services offerings, develop tailored solutions, and secure new and expansion revenue opportunities.
- Own and drive the end-to-end services sales process, including pipeline development, forecasting, and deal closure across enterprise accounts.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and translate them into structured services proposals and statements of work.
- Partner with sales and solution teams to position professional services value and support complex deal negotiations.
- Collaborate with delivery and product teams to shape scalable service offerings and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and consistent achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Enable internal sales teams to effectively position and sell professional services within broader solution deals.
- 8+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, or enterprise business development roles.
- Proven track record of selling and closing professional services in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, including architecture, integration, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across executive-level audiences.
- Ability to develop structured proposals, statements of work, and value-based solution positioning.
- Experience working across multiple industries, use cases, and large-scale enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with enterprise performance management or planning platforms is a plus.
