This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager I CFDs Industry based in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving commercial growth within the FX & CFDs brokerage space by acquiring new Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and trading clients while also expanding and optimizing existing partner relationships. You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where revenue generation, trading volume growth, and partner engagement are key success metrics. The position combines both hunting and farming responsibilities, requiring a strong balance between new business acquisition and long-term relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and dealing to ensure a seamless partner experience. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded professional who thrives in competitive, target-driven markets and understands the dynamics of online trading ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, approaching, and onboarding Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and retail clients within assigned markets to expand the commercial footprint.
  • Manage and grow existing partner and client portfolios through continuous engagement, performance optimization, and retention initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets, active client KPIs, and trading volume objectives in line with business growth strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging regions, and high-potential verticals.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, performance reporting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliant onboarding of partners and clients in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Represent the brand in meetings, webinars, and industry events while collaborating with internal teams to support partner success.
  • Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the FX & CFDs industry.
    • Strong understanding of trading products, including FX, CFDs, and platforms such as MT4 and MT5.
    • Proven ability to acquire new IBs, affiliates, or clients and successfully manage trading portfolios.
    • Experience working with partner programs, including rebates, spreads, and promotional structures.
    • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools for pipeline and relationship management.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a target-driven environment.
    • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
    • Fluent English communication skills are essential; additional languages are considered an advantage.
