We Want You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our USA-based, remote sales team. The BDR will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in lead generation, and experience in communicating with C-level executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage new business opportunities through inbound marketing leads, research, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit with 3Pillar’s services, advancing them to the SQL phase.
  • Initial Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, including C-level executives, during the early stages of the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Sales Tools Utilization: Use CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to track and manage leads effectively through the prospecting and qualification stages.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on prospecting activities, lead qualification progress, and pipeline status to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on lead generation and qualification.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in engaging with C-level executives.
  • Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and other sales tools.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team setting.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the digital product development or technology services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully qualifying leads for enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and challenges in the digital transformation space.
