Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative specializing in IT outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Your focus will be on the acquisition of new clients and projects within the IT outsourcing space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and expand the client portfolio within the IT outsourcing sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet their requirements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, representing IT Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and capabilities.
6. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales/business development within the IT outsourcing industry or tech staffing industry.
• Strong network and relationships within the IT outsourcing sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A dynamic professional with a minimum of 3 of relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Familiarity with IT outsourcing methodologies, processes, and technologies.
