What we’re looking for:Arcadia is searching for an innovative and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team, and help create business opportunities across a broad range of clean energy enablement solutions. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner that works well with a team, is great with technology and outbound selling strategy and loves talking to people.
Arcadia is headquartered in Washington, DC, and open to fully remote candidates.
#LI-REMOTEWhat you'll do:- Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives to close
- Prospect and create leads by executing targeted searches based on specific criteria across various products and solutions
- Execute sales campaigns including multiple steps (cold call, email, LinkedIN Sales Navigator)
- Enrich data in current CRM (salesforce) and maintain the quality of required fields for deeper marketing analytics
- Align with multiple revenue quota holders and manage cross-team resources
- Follow up on task assignments and account specific requirements immediately
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- 2 years of demonstrated professional success, or college degree relevant to sales
- Working knowledge of current sales platforms (Groove, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
- Consistent time management skills, great communication skills (both written and verbal) and an energetic personality
