  • Manage the full business development pipeline from initial outreach through partnership agreements and ongoing relationship development.
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person presentations, workshops, and meetings to education leaders and stakeholders.
  • Identify district challenges and align solutions that support improved instructional practices, educator effectiveness, and student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, strengthen partnership strategies, and enhance program offerings based on client feedback and market needs.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, district meetings, and industry events to expand awareness and develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic growth objectives and operational alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders by offering insights on evaluation frameworks, school improvement initiatives, and instructional leadership best practices.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a district-level instructional leader, including direct involvement with HR or educator evaluation systems.
    • Hands-on experience with teacher and leader evaluation frameworks such as Marzano, Danielson, or comparable systems.
    • Proven background leading or supporting instructional improvement initiatives within K–12 education environments.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior district and school leadership teams.
    • Ability to build trust-based relationships and navigate complex educational decision-making environments.
    • Experience in business development, sales, consulting, or other client-facing roles is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with school improvement frameworks, standards-based instruction, and educational leadership practices is preferred.
    • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
    • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a sales pipeline and driving measurable outcomes in a remote work environment.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 35% for school visits, district meetings, and conferences.
    • Passion for improving educational equity, teacher effectiveness, and student achievement outcomes.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually.
      • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
      • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage for employees and dependents.
      • 15 days of paid time off provided upfront during the first year.
      • 8 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays annually.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% company matching contributions.
      • Flexible scheduling to accommodate time zones and client needs.
