The successful candidate will liaise with all areas including Engineering, Product, and Operations, to support tasks and processes related to Legal, Finance, HR, and many more. Responsibilities

β Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
β Secure financial efficiency managing invoicing, payments, and coordination with accountants
β Coordinate hiring processes to ensure effective and smooth onboarding
β Administer legal resources to ensure compliance with all stakeholders including customers, team, and investors
β Support management with daily operations and administrative tasks

Requirements
Β
β Capability to successfully juggle a multiple tasks with an organized approach
β 4+ years of experience as a Business Operations Manager or similar role in HR, Finance, Legal, etc.
β Familiarity with financial processes and statements
β Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English
