Business Project Senior Analyst - Reporting and Data Analytics, Work from home

Description:

Financial Enablement and Analysis team functions as a centralized analytics area to support financial reporting and case accuracy across products, markets and segments. The team collaborates with a broad matrix of business partners, including FIRM (Financial Information Reporting Mart) production, accounting, finance, and underwriting teams to ensure accuracy, validity and completeness of results.

• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Monthly execution of Alteryx workflows performed by the scrum team and ensure accuracy of published results.
  • Responsible for data publishing controls on downstream processes and ensuring accuracy of the results.
  • Engage with business partners to understand reporting and data gaps as well as new reporting and analytic needs and facilitate working sessions to design and prototype data integration solutions and Tableau dashboards.
  • Support and collaborate with stakeholder teams on ad hoc analytic inquiries - e.g. data analytics supporting investor day or other business / leadership inquiries.
  • Leverage data and analytic acumen to help answer business questions and support actionable insights.
  • Partner with the business stakeholder groups to develop book of business KPIs and develop actionable dashboard reporting relative to those KPIs.
  • Ideate with stakeholders to support moving the organization to the art of the possible.
  • Responsible for the continued maintenance of Finance Mapping in response to business changes. Collaborate with matrix partners to resolve discrepancies and identify areas of improvement.
  • Design Alteryx workflows and/or Tableau reports in accordance with business reporting requirements to support a standardized reporting solution model.
  • Collaborate with the finance analytics and team to develop and implement solutions on how to better support the business areas.
• Qualifications:
  • Experience with BI Reporting and data manipulation tools (eg. Tableau and Alteryx)
  • Data analysis and data mining experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and reporting standards
  • Highly developed organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to:

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 79,700 - 132,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
