About the role

As a Business Recruiter on our growing Talent Acquisition team you’ll partner closely with business leaders on attracting and acquiring top talent for variable non-technical non-sales functions (customer experience provider recruiting & onboarding credentialing & licensing etc).

This is a full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing screening and candidate / pipeline management. You’ll be directly responsible for growing our corporate non-tech team while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business. This is an exciting opportunity with high exposure visibility and business partnering!

This role is full-time and only open to NYC-based candidates who are open to coming into the office 2+ days/week. Our office is in the heart of Flatiron. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate variable openings (sourcing screening scheduling and everything in-between).
  • Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent considerate and timely.
  • Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns job boards conferences social media employee networks outside agencies internal hires etc).
  • Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process. Our success depends on how well we hire and you’ll introduce new ideas best practices influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.
