About the Role
We are looking for a capable Business Systems Architect with a strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ and integrating to an Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) like NetSuite or Zone Advanced Billing.
You will work on a diverse set of unique and challenging projects that allow users to seamlessly interact with technology and to streamline business operations from lead to cash. You are primarily responsible for designing and implementing the long term data model and strategy for Salesforce and connected business systems.
This role is a leader that can see both the high level strategy and not hesitate to get into the details and execution of work. You are a self-starter with strong attention to detail with the ability to independently lead investigations, projects, analysis, and gather project scope from planning to delivery.
Your Area of Focus
- Design org strategy and data model for Salesforce and connected business systems including Salesforce CPQ, Gainsight, Workato, NetSuite, and Zone Advanced Billing
- Implement CPQ best practices to ensure efficient quoting and understand subscription data’s downstream impact on an enterprise billing system
- Streamline and support quote to cash processes including the integration of subscription data between Salesforce CPQ to an enterprise ERP (NetSuite)
- Responsible for tracking the enterprise architecture roadmap and assists teams to shape architectures consistent with platforms, roadmap, and best practices
- Create solutions for identity and access management, data and process integrations, and account for large data volumes and privacy needs
- Identify optimal solutions for requirements and recommend using clicks, code, or a combination of both depending on the use case
- Owns and partner in solutions, requirements gathering, project management, and execution
- Document business requirements, manage expectations, and recommend solutions
- Implement declarative Salesforce changes through flows, permission sets, and more
Your Professional Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in CRM application delivery
- 3+ years of experience as a solution architect for an end-to-end implementation of Salesforce in a mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership
- 2+ years experience designing and building CPQ
- Experience developing apex and triggers
- Ideally, someone who is Salesforce CPQ certified and/or a certified Solution Architect
- Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ and an enterprise ERP such as NetSuite or Zone Advanced Billing
- Possess strong leadership, listening, communication, and deep technical skills
- An individual who is a self-starter, a problem solver, and adapts well to change
- Someone who is inquisitive, has attention to detail, and a desire to implement best practice solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with both non-technical stakeholders and technical peers
- Strong skills in facilitation and consensus-building

Remote Pay Range
$102,600—$125,400 USD
