Job Summary

The Business Systems Intern candidate is someone who is excited about learning the ins and outs of business applications, including Salesforce and other tools.  With guidance and direction from the other team members, a successful intern will help with data analysis and entry, minor administrative configurations & updates and support ticket management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor Jira for incoming requests and update/delegate as needed.
• Shadow team members during configuration processes to learn the tools.
• Update spreadsheets and reports as needed.
• Assist team with changes to system sandboxes as needed.

Desired Knowledge & Skills:

• Salesforce familiarity preferred

Compensation

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs. 

A reasonable estimate of the current range for interns is: $15 - $25 an hour USD.
