About the Role
We are looking for a capable Business Systems Support rep responsible for supporting, enhancing, debugging, and maintaining Tebra’s Salesforce org and business systems including CPQ, NetSuite, Outreach, and Okta.
This role plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day business operations by managing new hire and staff change provisioning, gathering requirements and building ad-hoc enhancements, and conducting recurring maintenance to Salesforce and business systems.
The Business Systems Support rep is part of the Business Systems team and will work with other operations and technical roles such as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrators, and Rev Ops Analysts. This individual will support all functional departments including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Your Area of Focus
- Administer Salesforce and other business systems such as Okta, Gong, Chili Piper, Outreach, and more
- Manage user provisioning and offboarding including roles, profiles, and sharing rules
- Support ad-hoc stakeholder inquiries, bugs, and enhancements
- Document business requirements, manage expectations, and recommend solutions
- Implement declarative Salesforce changes through workflow rules, process, builder, flows, permission sets, and more.
- Communicate and document timelines, upcoming changes, and releases
- Create, modify, and support reporting and dashboard requests
- Complete recurring data loads to leads, contacts, cases and other objects
- Evaluate system releases and provide training and support
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
- Perform system maintenance tasks including diagnostic tests and Salesforce optimizer
Your Professional Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Ideally, someone who is certified in Salesforce Administration
- An individual who is a self-starter and adapts well to change
- Someone who is inquisitive, has attention to detail, and a desire to implement best practice solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with both non-technical stakeholders and technical peers
- Strong skills in facilitation and consensus-building
- Outstanding organization and multitasking skills

Remote Pay Range
$60,000—$70,000 USD
