The NetSuite Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting and delivering implementations of NetSuite Cloud ERP and providing advisory around business process and accounting considerations. You will be working with CFGI consultants and clients utilizing your NetSuite product knowledge, expertise, and talent to deliver small- and large-scale client technology implementations. This resource will assess client business processes, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and execute configuration to support these plans. The candidate must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to solve business problems and more effectively run their business. The candidate needs to be able to work with aggressive timelines and a portfolio of clients. Experience with ERP implementation and NetSuite specifically is a required element of this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

ยท Participates in defining needs for new and existing NetSuite solutions.
ยท Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.
ยท Provides advisory on accounting considerations around business process and system requirements.
ยท Envisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients.
ยท Identifies gaps between requirements and standard system functionality and proposes solutions to meet those gaps, i.e., customizations or process changes.
ยท Manages and performs systems configuration tasks (not coding/development) for process workstreams, as directed.
ยท Provides on-going support during project implementations and post-go-to-live support.
ยท Guiding and performing data conversions.
ยท Facilitating and leading testing preparation and execution.
ยท Facilitating and leading trainings.
ยท Ability to work with a team of consultants towards the shared goals of the project.
ยท Working with leadership and other team members to develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Qualities and Capabilities:
ย
ยท Bachelorโs degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
ยท NetSuite product expertise required.
ยท Three plus years of experience in a business analyst or process automation position.
ยท Three plus years implementing financial software, ideally with a software or consulting/partner firm.
ยท Background in advisory, operational accounting, and/or financial consulting preferred.
