CORE JOB DUTIESÂ
- Pricing / Product Detail Maintenance
- Source of truth for all product details
- Manage item pricing in the portal
- Manage Master File for all assortment
- Send relevant info to Catalogue Management team to insure proper item set up and representation on ss.shop
- Ordering / Order Tracking
- Work with the Analyst to place all new and replenishment orders based on the Analyst’s forecast and answers all follow up questions on the orders
- Tracks all order shipments to ensure they arrive in store on time
- Uses order confirmation and inventory to confirm completion and approves invoice
- Vendor Tracking
- Assists to set up new Vendors, keeps track of paperwork and vendor info in an organized manner and ensures all relevant info has been shared with appropriate teams
- Helps diagnose any missing invoices and acts as liaison between AP and Vendor
- Store Communication
- Share out and communicate with store teams upcoming promotions/new item drops to improve line of sight and visibility
- Work with Visual Merchants to ensure all products are signed, placed, and prioritized appropriately with Strategic Vision in mind
- Ad Hoc Support
- Works with Analyst to create report as needed for decision making and reporting
- Enter any promotions needed into the portal and serve as a liaison with ecomm team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLSÂ Â
- 2-5 years’ experience in a Buying/Merchandising/Product Management role.
- Experience working in MS Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to self-manage, adapt to change, re-prioritize and adjust deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects with the ability to be a creative problem solver
- Strict adherence to differing cannabis industry guidelines across multiple states
