Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# applications for a modern fintech platform.
  • Build and enhance backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, and WCF technologies.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Support application enhancements, troubleshooting, bug resolution, and ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver robust software solutions aligned with project goals.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high engineering standards.
  • Contribute ideas that improve application performance, scalability, and overall development processes.
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of professional experience developing applications with C#.
    • Strong proficiency with SQL Server, database design, and database management.
    • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
    • Solid understanding of application maintenance, extension, and software lifecycle best practices.
    • Ability to work effectively during UK business hours while collaborating with remote teams.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
