Cabinet Assembly Lead (Bi-lingual English/Spanish)

We are looking for an organized and detail-orientedAssembly Production Leadto oversee and manage the cabinet assembly process. This role involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring workflow efficiency, managing inventory, and collaborating with production teams to meet quality and delivery targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily assembly operations to ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, hardware, and finished products to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production workers, quality control, and logistics, to streamline processes.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld by conducting inspections and addressing defects or issues in assembly.
• Train and support assembly workers, ensuring they follow safety protocols and production guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to prevent delays and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with workplace regulations.
• Communicate with upper management regarding production updates, challenges, and potential improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or general assembly production coordination required.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, workflow optimization, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a production or assembly role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or coordination position.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
