Cabinet shop and Millwork - Woodshop/cabinet maker/cabinet installation experience required

Our new cabinet maker will need to have comprehensive knowledge of cabinetry and furniture making, interpret shop drawings, set up and execute production, and cabinet installation experience is preferred. We are looking to bring on an individual with a minimum 3 years of woodshop experience. Our team operates in a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday, from 7AM-530PM. Woodshop Roles: • A genuine passion for woodworking • Material planning and inventory control of stock material • Comprehensive understanding of shop drawings • Maintaining a safe work environment • Maintain production to meet the completion of the production schedule • Cabinet and furniture installation • Detailed architectural trim and millwork install • Experience working in a high-end environments, and able to produce high-end results Woodshop responsibilities include, but not limited too: • Operate a table saw, miter saw, jointer, planer, shaper.... etc. • Cut, fabricate, and the assembly of cabinets, faceframes, doors and drawer fronts • Finish sanding all parts and installation of door and drawer fronts • Mill and sand custom molding packages • Exceptionally skilled installation capabilities with a propensity for details • Depth of knowledge of tools/machinery • Seasoned use of all basic hand tools • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on woodworking tools and machinery, and other general shop maintenance • Knowledge of installation and assembly of custom millwork Bi-weekly pay. 80 hours PTO. 10 hours PTO added per anniversary year. Paid holidays. Paid time off between Christmas and New Years Day. Matching 3% IRA Health insurance (approx. $6,300/yr).
