This role provides critical support to clients by delivering high-quality, efficient, and professional customer service. The Call Center Representative handles inbound inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures client satisfaction while adhering to established compliance and quality standards. Acting as the primary point of contact, this position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to address questions accurately and escalate complex cases when necessary. The role also involves documenting interactions, contributing to workflow improvements, and collaborating with colleagues and management to enhance overall service delivery. Accountabilities:
- Answer inbound client calls promptly, providing courteous, accurate, and efficient service.
- Verify caller identity and maintain strict adherence to security and confidentiality procedures.
- Access internal systems to provide accurate responses within program guidelines.
- Escalate complex inquiries appropriately while resolving routine questions independently.
- Document all client interactions thoroughly and follow up on pending issues.
- Meet or exceed productivity and service-level agreements (SLAs) consistently.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required; additional education preferred.
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance environments is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with help desk or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Reliable broadband internet connection with minimum 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload speed.
