Job Description We are growing our team, looking for an Inside Patient Outreach Specialist. You hold a pivotal position in the organization by being the patient’s first point of contact. With a consultative, compassionate approach, you will educate and effectively communicate the value of our physician group customers. Our customers provide at home and telemedicine annual wellness visits and Medicare options to better serve the needs of our customers. Compensation: • Competitive hourly rate, 40 hours per week • Robust monthly incentive plan • 100% training and ramp up period Responsibilities: As a Patient Outreach Specialist, you will be making English and Vietnamese, Russian, Chinese, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Korean, Farsi, Phone calls Calls • Contact new members eligible through the Health Plan • Make approximately 100 - 150 outbound calls per day • Answer a low percentage of inbound calls • Provide a consultative approach, overcome objections, and create value for customers • Develop sales strategies and techniques to help yield conversion rates and help achieve your monthly goals • Educate the patients on In services to aid in their healthcare goals • Drive for results as part of a high-performing team • Enjoy interacting and building rapport with different types of members every single day Qualifications: Experience with Customer Service , English or and Vietnamese, Russian, Chinese, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Korean, Farsi, (English and Multilingual REQUIRED) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19-$20 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday • 8am-5pm Supplemental pay types: • Bonus pays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • On-the-job training Ability to Commute: • Las Vegas, NV 89120 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
