This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CareStack-Dental Billing Success Consultant based in the United States.
This remote opportunity is designed for dental billing professionals who want flexibility, independence, and the ability to make a measurable impact on dental practice success.
The role focuses on managing insurance billing workflows, improving collections, and reducing claim challenges for assigned dental offices.
You will use your expertise in dental billing processes and practice management systems to support financial performance and client satisfaction.

Successful candidates will work independently while collaborating with dental teams and internal partners in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities:
As a Dental Billing Success Consultant, you will take ownership of assigned dental office billing operations and help optimize revenue cycle performance through accurate claims management, proactive issue resolution, and strong client communication.
- Manage and submit dental insurance claims to maximize reimbursement and improve collection outcomes.
- Review, track, and resolve denied claims by preparing appeals and providing required supporting documentation.
- Post insurance payments, manage electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned practices.
- Ensure claims include accurate documentation, including narratives, images, and clinical notes when required.
- Participate in regular client meetings to provide updates, address billing concerns, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records while following billing compliance standards and best practices.
- Use dental practice management software and digital tools to manage workflows efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with assigned dental offices by providing reliable service and proactive support.
- Work independently to meet performance goals while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Minimum of 1 year of dental billing experience required, including insurance claim processing, accounts receivable follow-up, and appeals management; 2+ years preferred.
- Experience using CareStack practice management software and Google Suite is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of dental insurance processes, claim submission requirements, payment posting, and denial resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent documentation and compliance skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, solutions-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and meeting performance expectations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with dental office teams.
- Comfortable participating in virtual meetings and working in a fully remote environment.
- Must reside within the United States; applicants residing in California or Massachusetts are not eligible at this time.
- Flexible remote work environment with little to no travel required.
- Part-time opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role within approximately six months based on business needs and performance.
- Commission-based compensation structure with potential earnings of $40,000–$80,000+ annually for successful full-time consultants.
