REMOTE & HYBRID SCHEDULES OFFERED

Manages all activities in the cash disbursement function and fixed assets.

1. Ensures timely payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports.

2. Prepare weekly Disbursements (ACH / Wires/ Manual Checks)

3. Complete daily cash forecast reports

4. Process all Cash Receipts

5. Prepare Bank Reconciliation

Fixed Assets

1. Maintain Fixed Asset Schedule(s)

2. Prepare Depreciation Entries & Reconciliations of Accumulated Depreciation and Depreciation Expense Accounts.

Other related duties as required.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income. Compiles and analyzes financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, and review and verify accuracy. Prepares balance sheet and profit and loss statements, consolidated financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports. May design, modify, install, and/or maintain accounting systems to ensure an adequate recognition of financial transactions. Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a confidential clearance #LI-MH1

Must possess excellent organizational skills as well as an ability to think analytically.

Physical Requirements

Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate common business machines. Maximum lifting required is approximately 40 pounds from floor to three feet in height. Filing in an upright position.
