Cash Applications Intern

As a Cash Applications Intern you will: Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts in a timely manner Assist with reconciling bank statements and customer remittance details Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies Support documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Effective communication skills in both English and Portuguese Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite Previous internship or work experience in finance or accounting
