Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and the ability to handle different types of trucks, including containers and hazmat . Twic card must ! Duties • Operate and drive commercial trucks, • Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo delivered. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. • Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations while driving. • Utilize manual transmission when required and operate forklifts for loading/unloading tasks as needed. Experience • Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL). • 2 years experience • Experience with loading/unloading cargo efficiently using proper techniques. • Strong understanding of safety regulations related to truck driving and cargo transport.
