Job Summary:

NEW COMPENSATION PLAN + $ 75k Sign-on Bonus + NO WKENDS/NO CALL

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital is seeking a full-time CRNA who is passionate about high-quality patient care to join our collaborative team in Sun City Center, Florida. Located about 30 minutes south of Tampa off I-75, our facility serves the communities of Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Gibsonton.

Care Team Model of 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA.
Diverse mix of cases including heavy Ortho, General, Endo, Neuro, Gastro, Bariatrics.
No hearts, no pediatrics, no OB.
Average surgical volume of 3,600 cases annually.
Supervision model (2 Physicians on during the day. Physicians sit cases as needed.)
No call. No Weekends. Schedule is 4-10 hour days.
