Change Management Consultant (US/Canada - Remote)

About the Role
The Neocol Salesforce Change Management Consultant is responsible for leading and managing the change management process within an organization's Salesforce implementation. The role involves working with stakeholders to identify areas of change, developing and implementing change management plans, and ensuring that the changes are properly communicated and adopted by users.
Our Change Consultant should have a strong understanding of change management principles and be able to apply them in the context of a Salesforce implementation. You should be able to identify and assess the impact of changes on different stakeholders and develop strategies to manage and mitigate any potential risks or disruptions.
Change Consultants will work closely with the project team and key stakeholders to ensure that changes are properly integrated into the organization's processes and systems. They are responsible for monitoring the adoption of changes and providing feedback and support to users as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Day to day responsibilities
- Working with stakeholders to identify areas of change and assess their impact on the organization
- Developing and implementing change management plans for Salesforce implementations
- Communicating changes to relevant stakeholders and providing training and support as needed
- Monitoring the adoption of changes and providing feedback and support to users
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks or disruptions associated with changes
- Working closely with the project team and key stakeholders to ensure that changes are properly integrated into the organization's processes and systems
- Providing regular updates on the progress of change management efforts to relevant stakeholders
- Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts and identify areas for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with best practices and developments in the field of change management, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Skills and Experience Required for the role
- L&D Experience: Creating Training/Communication Plans
- Instructional Design Experience or Academic Knowledge
- Project/AGILE Base Knowledge
- Measurement and Analysis Skills
- Strong understanding of change management principles and how to apply them in the context of a Salesforce implementation
- Ability to identify and assess the impact of changes on different stakeholders and develop strategies to manage and mitigate any potential risks or disruptions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate changes to a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with training and supporting users through changes
- Experience in managing change within a Salesforce ecosystem or similar CRM platform
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or organizational psychology
- At least 3 years of experience in change management, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
