The Opportunity
As a Channel Account Executive, you will inspire companies to transform with the help of our value add services and channel partners. You will work closely with our strategic channel partners to acquire net new logo business for DoiT. The ideal applicant will have an entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in a collaborative team environment, be highly motivated for success, and carry a positive attitude. In addition, a successful candidate will have the ability to pivot quickly as this team continues to develop new offerings to better support our customers.
Responsibilities
- Will span across multiple segments including fast-scale startups, SMB, MidMarket and Enterprise to acquire new customers
- Deliver against assigned quota and pipeline goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience to our prospects
- Contribute to territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
- Ensure forecast accuracy (Salesforce), customer proposals and contracts are of the highest standard. Â
- Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
- Will engage with our channel partner to support strategic opportunities identified as joint prospects Â
- Identify new areas of growth and opportunity for DoiT and our Channel Partners
- Provide solution-based feedback on challenges and gaps within your territory and more broadly with the partner development team
- Collaborate with PDMs and Channel Partners to drive local events with leads and new clients, including the execution of any joint go-to-market plans or sales plays
- Stay current with the latest offering/product/service information for DoiT and the Channel Partners you support
- Effectively communicate a compelling value propositions to prospects, vendors and partners
- Share ideas and feedback with the team to help cultivate / maintain an inclusive and collaborative environment
- Provide enthusiasm and support to help the team scale and improve processesÂ
- Engage with channel partners to prospect, identify leads, and acquire new customers
- Work closely with the business development and partner development teams
- Build joint GTM campaigns and Sales Plays with our PDMs
- Provide an incredible white glove experience throughout the customer journeyÂ
Qualifications
- A minimum 3+ years of previous Sales Experience, ideally in Channel SalesÂ
- Highly collaborative and organized
- Demonstrates a history of achieving results
- Models Problem-Solving and resolution proficiencyÂ
- Exhibits ability to manage customer and employee relationships
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Goal oriented, self-motivated person who is positive, all-inclusive and dependableÂ
- Detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible in an evolving team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and excited by growth opportunities
