Channels Specialist - Amazon/Tiktok

We're seeking a Technical Channels Specialist who will support the daily management of Tiktok and Shopify and other ad hoc tasks to support campaign performance. The ideal candidate has Amazon and/or Tiktok experience and has the ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment.

How you will achieve success:

• Supports the daily management of TikTok and Shopify through sampling, video preparation, brand research, creator queue support.
• Project management of ad hoc tasks to support campaign performance. 
• Process manual orders and update tracking for samples and variations; update prices and inventory on variation listings. 
• Download and organize video data; identify videos that meet engagement criteria. 
• Update and/or create standardized daily/weekly/monthly reports. 

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Required:  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and excel; comfortable with organizing large data sets and operating within channel portals. 
• High standards to achieving goals while maintaining high quality of work.
• Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, Agency, or similar experience with proven track record of good decision making. 
• Excellent communication, English language, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
• Good time management, and ability to adapt to changes; ability to learn new programs/software and willingness to build new skills and to perform job function from a smart phone and from desktop computer. 




• Preferred: 
• 1-3 years in relevant industry. 
• Experience within Spreetail toolkit, specifically Catalog and Customer Manager. 
• Experience with Shopify or TikTok is a bonus. 
• Experience with video editing is a bonus.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 

- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
