Chief of Staff to COO

About This RoleAs the Chief of Staff to COO, you’ll partner closely with our Chief Operations Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, and other key executives to operationalize strategic projects that are critical to delivering and improving upon our clinical service delivery and outcome.  This role will be critical to assuring quality of all our services, developing new programs and services, and other initiatives to ensure that our students receive the best care possible with Parallel. You’ll be responsible for the scoping and executing projects that ensure Parallel meets both our maximum business potential and our vision for clinical excellence.

- Support the COO and the CCO to scope and prioritize projects and initiatives
- Track progress of strategic initiatives and projects across the operations and clinical organizationÂ
- Directly lead the execution of strategic initiatives across operations and clinical operations and cross-functionally, including but not limited to:Â Â Â Â Â
- Operationalize and maintain our clinical outcomes tracking programÂ
- Manage our data collection systems to track and measure clinical outcomes Â
- Continuously improve upon outcome tracking systems and processes Â
- Lead efforts to increase response rate and data validity Â
- Leverage data collected to improve service outcomes with partnership with clinical and operational leadership  Â
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to make use of outcome data
- Partner with clinical leadership to scope, design and implement new clinical programsÂ
- Scope new clinical services taking into account clinical impact, business strategy, and ease of operationsÂ
- Collaborate cross functionally to identify and prioritize opportunitiesÂ
- Design and execute clinical service pilot programsÂ
- Measure the financial and business impact of clinical pilot programsÂ
- Collaborate with product, engineering and other key teams scope necessary platform improvements
- Project manage the launch of new clinical services Â
- Translate priorities into operational and product realitiesÂ
- Act as the liaison between clinical, operational leadership, operations, and the product team
- Integrate clinical program priorities with business objectives to define clinical product priorities Â
- Partner with product and engineering to design and execute on technical improvements for the clinical team Â
- Manage data collection and OKR reporting across the operations and clinical teams   Â
A great fit for this role will have:
- A bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven track record implementing complex cross-functional projects  Â
- Business acumen and ability to translate projects into business impact Â
- Ability to analyze and draw insights from data to make decisions   Â
- Previous experience managing standard operating procedures, training, and building processes
- Detail oriented and excellent written communication skills
- Previous experience working with clinicians in a health care environmentÂ
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast pace high growth start-up environment Â
- Bonus points if you have prior experience in education or ed-tech
