Chief of Staff to the CEO

Parker's mission is to increase the number of financially independent people. We believe we can achieve this goal by building tools that enable independent business owners to scale their businesses profitably. Our first product combines a virtual credit card with dynamic spending limits and software tooling to help merchants grow and optimize their profitability. We are growing very fast -- in less than 12 months, we grew to tens of millions in card volume.
We are looking to expand our headcount quickly to support the demand. Our investors include Valar Ventures (Peter Thiel), Solomon Hykes (founder of Docker), Paul Buchheit (founder of Gmail), Paul Graham (founder of Y Combinator), Robert Leshner (founder of compound.finance), and many more.

Location: South Africa (Remote)What You'll Be Working On

You'll be involved in projects of varying scope and complexity:

• Help founders handle their inboxes on a daily basis

• Run hiring processes

• Manage & drive results for key projects of the CEOs

• Manage Investor Relations

What You'll Need

• Initiative: Proactively solve problems and stay on top of priorities
• Writing Expertise: Ability to articulate responses with precision.
• Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated empathy, tact, and composure
• Project Management: Ability to stay on top of projects and drive them to completion

What We’d Like To See

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or fintech
• Experience working in sheets or excel at the intermediate level

Compensation

• $15,000 - $20,000 USD
