R-Zero is seeking a hands-on COO as we pursue our ambitious mission – we need someone who sees the big picture, collaborates across silos, works with ruthless accountability, and can balance both developing and executing impactful business plans.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Finance to execute P&L and on Budget planning and forecasting
- Develop and implement metrics and reporting; create readout cadence and channel for stakeholders
- Build and manage R-Zero’s organizational structure
- Communicate expectations and foster accountability for the leadership team
- Remove obstacles and barriers
- Document, develop, and manage processes and procedures, including special projects and growth initiatives
- Lead sustainable company expansion, including support and stakeholder duties for business development
- Serve as leader for company growth: including the building, implementing, and management of new systems
- Clearly communicate ownership team’s goals and plans appropriate across all levels of organization
- Ensure accuracy of market research
- Guarantee talent caliber and allocation; own company culture, growth and development, employee satisfaction and retention
- Create and implement leadership team training
- Oversee Industry association membership and relationships
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, customer experience, and operations across company strategy and execution
- Drive growth through scaling sales and improving customer retention, partnerships, product, pricing, and building sales/CX processes
- Serve as a thought partner and sounding board for the CEO

- 10 years experience working primarily for high growth tech; startups a plus
- 5 years of experience experience leading diverse teams
- Expertise in at least one of the following: Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience
- Must be strategic, analytical, organized and with a high EQ
Travel
This position may require up to 25% domestic travel.
