Cleanroom Engineer

- Manage, lead, and to implement quality contamination control Standard requirements (Refer and/or Implementing ISO, ASTM, IEST, and other standards).

- Be the point of contact between stakeholders for implementation of contamination control issues.

- Maintain the Contamination Control standards and recommended practices through a Systematic engineering approach.

- In direct collaboration and influence the entire organization to ensure adherence to Cleanroom protocol and developing/reconcile control standard.

- Manage and lead personnel training related to Quality contamination control: including laboratory, cleanroom, and Isolator operations (Pass box, Dressing Room, housekeeping, and precision cleaning.

- Review monitoring data and results to determine the health of infrastructure systems including Laboratories, ISO class 5 to 8 cleanrooms, water systems, and ultra-high purity gaseous nitrogen system. Make recommendations for any required corrective actions.

- Generate Regular (Daily/Weekly/monthly/Annually) audits and reports on the health of all infrastructure systems to meet Standard cleanliness requirements.

- Conduct walkthroughs with the facility infrastructure team. Investigate, review, and troubleshoot all quality and contamination control facility issues, system anomalies, and raw material restrictions.

- Work closely with the chief facility engineer/Process Engineering on reviewing material submittals for new Line construction and/or Line facility modifications.

- Maintain a list of preferred and restricted materials for entry, construction.
