How YOU will make a Difference:
As a Client Analyst I on the Client Analytics Team, you will have the opportunity to help make the lives of our internal and external customers easier by providing them with meaningful and insightful reporting to guide them in the administration of their company health plans. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for client reporting needs, this position will also assist customers with report-related questions and troubleshooting, and will conduct research as needed to determine the appropriate responses.
What YOU will do:
  • Analyze and present data and insights to external clients and brokers.
  • Respond to requests for standard and custom reports, queries, data extracts or ad hoc reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee client reporting needs and manage external customer report implementations, including training for internal and external staff as necessary, and acting as resource and problem solver for clients.
  • Develop new reports, revise existing reports, and explore opportunities to improve reporting processes
  • Contribute to the Analytics team through standard reporting requirements, team projects, and team trainings
  • Independently, conduct research as needed to provide appropriate responses to our customers.

Knowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years' experience in the development and interpretation of health demographic reports, health care analytics, or health care statistical analysis.
  • Moderate to Extensive skill in report development, documentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interpret and explain data for a variety of audiences.
  • Extensive experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel (Macros), PowerPoint).
  • Moderate experience in SQL and SQL Management Studio.
  • Moderate experience in Data visualization / Dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Moderate experience in SharePoint and Reporting platforms
  • Moderate experience in the healthcare analytics industry, including payer/TPA models.
  • Mastery of time management and ability to prioritize multiple requests and projects
  • Resilient, adaptable, and have the ability to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly.
  • Proven ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position in the greater Seattle area is $52,011-$68,636 p/yr and varies dependent on geography, skills, experience, education, and other job or market-related factors. Performance-based incentive bonus(es) is available.
