Job Description

Team: Business Development

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage a high-value enterprise client relationship end to end, acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
  • Coordinate across product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client commitments.
  • Translate client requests into clear priorities, actionable plans, and structured delivery workflows.
  • Monitor account health, proactively identify risks or blockers, and drive resolution before issues escalate.
  • Lead account planning activities including roadmap alignment, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Oversee client reporting and performance insights to ensure outputs are actionable and value-driven.
  • Manage escalations and incidents calmly, ensuring clear communication and fast resolution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency using modern tools and AI-supported workflows.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships, account management, or customer success in a technology or SaaS environment.
    • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or operational topics.
    • Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
    • Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours regardless of location.
    • Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of major US sports cycles (season, playoffs, drafts, etc.).
    • Ability to anticipate client needs and act independently without heavy oversight.
    • Experience in SaaS, digital media, or sports-related accounts is a strong advantage.
