We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist (COS) to join our P&C Client Success Team. The COS will engage newly enrolled clients in phone conversations on the back end of the sales process, ensuring they are properly onboarded into their new policy.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Receiving 25-35 inbound calls / day to onboard newly enrolled clients.
- Using strong communication skills to build a strong rapport with the clientÂ
- Auditing policy information to ensure accuracy.
- Making quick decisions to determine the best outcome for the client when errors are discovered.
- Rewriting P&C insurance policies when necessary.
- Completing a feedback loop with our sales organization to ensure the sales team is following best practices.
- Owning the relationship with clients for the first 15 days, sometimes making outbound calls to wrap up prior conversations.

Who You’ll Work With:
- You will work directly with the P&C Client Success Team and interact daily with our P&C Sales Advisors.

About You:
- Possess great communication skills, viewed as friendly and helpful by those who know you.
- Strong attention to detail
- Have strong empathy and ability to perceive, understand, and influence emotions.
- Demonstrate tenacity and are outcome-driven: you’ll do what it takes to protect our clients.
- Ability to learn new information quickly.
- Possess technology skills, able to go back and forth between platforms with ease.
- Prior call center experience is a plus.

Requirements:
- Current (not expired) Property & Casualty insurance license (only resident needed, we will handle the rest).
- At least one year of prior P&C insurance experience.
- A quiet place to work in your home.
- Reliable high-speed internet, capable of handling phone calls with ease.
