Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate issuance of new business policies and ensure all required documentation is completed correctly.
  • Answer client questions related to coverage, policy terms, and service requests with clarity and professionalism.
  • Support remarketing activities when needed by gathering information and coordinating alternative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Uphold compliance standards, service quality expectations, and internal operational procedures.
  • Requirements:

    • Current State Insurance License or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
    • Previous experience in client service, account management, insurance operations, or a related customer-facing environment preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Ability to learn internal systems, carrier platforms, and insurance software quickly.
    • Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively.
