The Role

We're hiring a Client & Strategy Manager to join our team onsite in Boulder. This is a hands-on client-facing role for someone with 2-4 years of experience who wants to grow fast in a small high-performance agency. You'll support research and brand strategy work manage projects and deadlines and build real relationships with clients across a range of industries.

What You'll Do

• Execute with precision: project management deadlines attention to detail and juggling competing priorities
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients at all levels
• Contribute to research and brand strategy deliverables including positioning insights and messaging
• Solve complex problems both independently and in group settings
• Collaborate closely with our in-house studio and content team on integrated solutions
• Use AI tools to sharpen your thinking and raise the quality of your work
• Bring energy accountability and optimism every day

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of relevant experience and a 4-year college degree
• A strong writer and communicator
• Naturally curious organized and driven to grow
• Comfortable in a scrappy fast-moving environment where everyone wears multiple hats
• Genuine interest in brand strategy not just marketing execution

Compensation & Benefits

$60000 to $70000 per year plus medical dental and vision coverage work-from-anywhere time paid time off paid holidays 401(k) performance awards company events and office amenities.
