What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

You will manage and support a portfolio of clients by helping them implement our webinar marketing system successfully.

You’ll:

  • Onboard and train clients (with a proven script + framework)
  • Keep clients accountable to the steps that drive results
  • Track client progress and campaign performance (we’ll train you on what matters)
  • Communicate proactively: updates, check-ins, and next steps
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams (ads, creative, operations)
  • Spot opportunities to improve results and retention
  • Keep clean documentation in our CRM and internal systems

What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

  • Facebook Manager Expereince
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing / Communications / similar)
  • Strong English communication (written + verbal)
  • Very organized and reliable (you don’t drop balls)
  • Comfort with numbers, dashboards, and basic performance metrics
  • Coachable attitude + high standards for yourself

Nice-to-have:

  • Customer success / sales / hospitality experience
  • Interest in digital marketing or entrepreneurship
  • Familiarity with Meta platforms (not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
